Find a Home for the Holidays with GesherCity's Ticket Match Program

Looking for a place to celebrate the Holidays?  You found it!

GesherCity makes it easy for young adults to connect to the Jewish community, meet other young adults, and find their niche in Jewish Boston.

Our High Holiday Ticket Match Program, in partnership with the Synagogue Council of Massachusetts, is here to connect you to the services of your choice - and to other people who will also be attending those services.

Working together, we've found services that match your needs, are in your neighborhoods, and where you've told us you feel at home.

Here’s how it works.

1.  Each of the participating services is listed as a GesherCity event on JewishBoston.com. Click here to see the list.

If you’d like to learn more about each of the synagogues, you can check them out in JewishBoston.com’s community directory.

2.  Then... just register for the service you want.

When you sign up to participate in services, someone from the synagogue will contact you with an invitation. This year, members of the participating congregations have offered to open their homes to you for a meal at holiday time.  We'll also be back in touch with more info on meeting up for the services.

3.  You got questions?  We got answers.

If you have more specific questions or want us to recommend a place for you, please email Alexis at AlexisG@cjp.org or call 617-457-8666.

A huge thank you!

We are grateful to have so many generous synagogues and welcoming congregants in our community who have offered to participate in this program.

More about the Ticket Match

The High Holiday Ticket Match program provides newcomers or young adults without family in the area with free or reduced-rate tickets to High Holiday services at local temples.  This year the participants will have the option to sign themselves up for each synagogue through JewishBoston.com once they decide which congregation would be the best fit for them.
