Often, one of the most formative experiences of a child’s day school education is a class trip to Israel.  Many day schools offer a trip to Israel for students as a culmination of their studies and a powerful way to connect with their Jewish identity. 

Recently, students from Kehillah Schechter Academy in Norwood returned from their 8^th grade trip to Israel and were asked to reflect on the time they spent there.  I encourage you to read their poignant and thoughtful essays here and share in the impact of this trip.
