The Butcherie of Brookline has purchased fresh racks of lamb.
The lamb is from Ciappettis of chicago with the Rosenblatt Label (O-U/CRC)
Baby lamb chops fresh are $15.99 lb.
Rack of lamb is $15.99 lb (before trimming). We will french cut the lamb to order.
