'Breaded' Chicken Cutlets for Passover
Another one of my favorites. This chicken recipe is tasty and super easy, too. Enjoy!
Skinless chicken breasts
One egg beaten, depending upon how much chicken used, you may need another egg
Kosher for Passover seasoning
Beat an egg, place each piece of thawed chicken, skinless into the egg, flip to get egg onto both sides.
Shake seasoning onto chicken, both sides.
Put chicken into frying pan with approximately 1/4 inch hot oil.
Flip after one side is brown.
Remove from frying pan after second side is brown.
Place on plate which is covered with a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
