Five Passover Menus: You Pick Yours!
Shopping for Passover can be tricky. Depending on how strictly you’re adhering to the specific rules about what’s kosher for Passover, you may need to make trips to multiple stores to get everything you need. If kosher specialty stores are on your itinerary, avoid the crowds by hitting them up early in the Passover season, and not on Fridays.
Below are five suggested menus for your seder – one centered on beef brisket, one featuring chicken, a vegetarian option, a new gluten-free menu (featuring gluten-free matzah ball soup!) and a new kid-friendly menu. We’ve included recipes for every dish, as well as shopping lists for each menu as a whole. Feel free to mix and match among the menus – just don’t forget to adjust your shopping list accordingly.

This is AMAZING! My favorite "Jewish Food" is Pineapple Kugel from Joan Nathan's Jewish Holiday Cookbook. Never knew I could get kosher for Passover Egg Noodles! Going to add this to my seder and try out the Spinach Soufle. Thanks JewishBoston!
