Sounding the shofar is one way we get ourselves ready for the High Holidays. Some people visit the mikveh for a ritual immersion to help prepare themselves for Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur. Last year, over 100 individuals visited Mayyim Hayyim as part of their pre-holiday ritual, so it makes sense for Shofar Across Boston to visit the mikveh for today's video, courtesy of volunteer mikveh guide Sidney Davis and acting executive director Carrie Bornstein.
