Thanksgiving is still a week away, and Chanukah comes shortly after, on December 1st. I'm trying to find that Chanukah spirit, so I'm turning to the internet for a little inspiration...
The candles sing Mi Y'Malel (It's interactive: click on the candles and see what happens!)
Hanukkah Hey Ya! Flash Mob (from last year, still great!)
John Stewart's Can I Interest You in Chanukah?
A very young Adam Singer sings the Chanukah Song
Do you have any favorite Chanukah videos? Post the links below. And get in the mood...for Chanukah!

In addition to being the lay leader for a very small Reform Jewish temple in the middle of the Southeastern Arizona desert (Yes, there really are Jews here!), I am also a ventriloquist with a large collection of puppets. I wrote the Chanukah song several years ago to entertain my congregation, but I only made the video last year. Probably in your silly category, I wrote a Dr. Seuss-like version of the Megillah. To round out my Jewish work, I wrote a non-silly and, hopefully non-insipid Passover song to the tune of Dayenu.
My most recent non-Jewish puppet music video, "The Don't Touch My Junk, Bro! Body Scanning Airport Blues," can be seen at http://bit.ly/bodyscanblues

Hey Dr. C & Elwood - we actually blogged about your video at the beginning of the month. I'd love to know the story behind it...

Check out our new classic, "Dr. C & Elwood's Hanukkah Song!" It teaches (basically) the entire story of Hanukkah with puppets. http://bit.ly/hanukkahsong Happy Holidays to all!
