Elishag's Profile

Cambridge, MA

I grew up in NY and have been living in Cambridge, MA for the last five years with my husband Sam. I work full time at Hebrew College as the Associate Director of Adult Learning, and volunteer with our independent synagogue Minyan Tehillah. I’m a PresenTense Jewish entrepreneurial fellow, working on re-launching The Jewish Teacher Corps - a Teach for America type program in the Jewish community. I write a food blog of recipes that correspond to the weekly Torah portion called Double Portion and I’m working on a cookbook based on the blog.
