Kid-Friendly Passover Snack: Apple and Almond Butter Sandwiches

Super easy and an instant family favorite! Make great snacks any time of day. The kids wont miss the bread!
Ingredients:
- 10 Tbsp. Almond Butter
- 1 Granny Smith Apple, cored and cut into 10 rings, each about 1/4 inch thick
- 5 Tbsp. Chocolate Chips
- 2 Tbsp. Raisins
Directions:
Spread 2 Tbsp. almond butter onto half of the apple rings. Sprinkle each with some of the chocolate chips and a few raisins. Cover each with one of the remaining apple rings to form sandwiches. Makes 5 apple sandwiches.
