Join Havurah on the Hill and the Boston-Haifa Connection Young Leaders Committe for Kabbalat Shabbat with our guest speaker, Bradley Chalupski. Bradley is a World Cup Skeleton athlete and a member of the Israeli Bobsleigh and Skeleton Federation (IBSF). Skeleton is a sister sport to Luge and Bobsled, except that competitors race down the course alone on their stomachs, head-first, after taking a running start and diving onto their sleds. His ultimate goal is to be the first athlete to represent Israel in Skeleton at the 2014 Olympic Games, in Sochi, Russia.
