From Purim to Passover: A Three Week Introduction to Jewish Meditation
Boston, MA 02114
In this 3-part Jewish meditation workshop, participants will learn a range of techniques and practices for cultivating awareness and mindfulness. Participants will learn about how the holidays of Purim and Passover provide helpful, practical advice for our lives in terms of journeying from chaos, oppression, and anxiety to freedom, light, and joy. The workshop will be led by Seth Wax, a teacher with Nishmat Hayyim who has been offering meditation instruction at synagogues, colleges, and schools throughout the Boston area and is currently a 4th year student at Hebrew College Rabbinical School in Newton, Mass.
