Do you teach or serve students in a Jewish day school, supplementary school, or pre-school? Have you ever felt that you could better understand the Hebrew Bible, how the Talmud developed, and how Jews interacted with non-Jews in medieval times? That you might better grasp the challenges and opportunities of Jewish life in modernity? CJP's Commission on Jewish Life & Learning and Hebrew College are--for the first time--offering a unique professional development opportunity: "Me'ah for Educators." Class time: Monday evenings, from 7:00-9:30 p.m., beginning Oct. 16, 2012.
