While confronting the horrors of our past, we ultimately discover the great miracle of our existence today and leave behind a marker that tells the world: We are still here. In this first-person documentary, Evan and his family make the journey together and walk the earth where his family was meant to be destroyed.

Evan Kleinman is a four-time Emmy nominated producer. He has produced television for NBC and has worked as an editor and cinematographer on various documentary films covering topics ranging from Coney Island to Women's Rights.Evan has completed two independent documentaries; "We are still here," about his family traveling to Poland to place a gravestone on the site where his grandfather buried his brother who died during the Holocaust. The film premiered in November 2012 at the Big Apple Film Festival and has since screened at various Jewish film festivals, schools, and museums. Evan recently completed his second film, "Punk Jews," which follows a community of artists, activists, and musicians in New York City expressing Judaism in unconventional ways that challenge stereotypes and defy the norm. Evan produces commercial work, music videos, and online media for New York Magazine, Broadway.com, various fashion brands, PR and marketing companies.
