Author Dale Stanten will be joining the Temple Beth Shalom community to discuss her upbringing in 1950's Mattapan/Dorchester. She will be reminiscing about the culture that existed at the time.......the good and the bad....from a child's perspective. Dale will offer unique insights on neighborhood, personal obstacles, overcoming adversity, perseverence and resilience. Her story about love and forgiveness will cause us to laugh, some to cry but all of us will feel nostalgic and inspired.
