New Center LIVE!: Counting on the Jewish Vote
Boston, MA 02215
How will Jews vote this year and will it impact whether Obama or Romney is elected our next president? These questions have already produced headlines and bold predictions, but what do the numbers really tell us? CNN’s Bill Schneider and New York Times political analyst Nate Silver talk about the history of Jewish voting and whether this year will represent a dramatic break with the past. Schneider is a senior political analyst for CNN and is well known for his dissection of voting trends and election polls. Silver is the author of the New York Times blog FiveThirtyEight: Nate Silver’s Political Calculus. His new book is The Signal and the Noise: Why Most Predictions Fail – But Some Don’t. Their conversation will be moderated by Marc Landy, professor of political science at Boston College.
