Coexist: How Rwanda Can Transform Us
with Adam Mazo, Executive Producer and Director of the documentary film, Coexist

Join filmmaker Adam Mazo for a work-in-progress screening of Coexist, a documentary film produced in Boston and filmed in Rwanda. We'll screen selected scenes from the movie and have a conversation about the lessons we can learn from the traumatic experiences of Rwandans during the genocide and their current efforts to coexist.

Adam Mazo is a Boston-based collaborative documentary filmmaker and journalist. Following 10 years of producing commercial television news around the U.S., Adam is finding that documentaries offer a more effective path to build for positive social change. He is working to transform the way independent documentary films enter the world by collaborating with community partners before, during, and after the filmmaking process. Because: Films don't change the world. You do.
