Join us and the entire Boston Jewish community for the Dedication of the new Rashi School building, on Sunday, October 17, from 1-5 pm. An afternoon of family and community programming is being planned to celebrate Rashi's milestone of moving to a permanent home for the first time in its 25-year history.

The centerpiece of the day will be a community-wide program at 2:30 featuring remarks from school and community leaders, and the first public performance of Rashi's new school song. Family programming activities will include art and community service projects. There will be an interactive display of memorable moments in Rashi's history, a panel discussion with Rashi leaders, and creative exhibitions to highlight Rashi's academic program and commitment to social justice. Guest speaker will be Rabbi Jan Katzew, Director of the Department of Jewish Learning for the Union of Reform Judaism.

The day will also feature an alumni reunion, so encourage all Rashi alums to attend.
