The Boston Jewish Community Women’s Fund warmly invites you to attend the

End of Year Celebration

Featuring Lisa Fishbayn Joffe, Director of the Project on Gender, Culture, Religion and the Law

Lisa Fishbayn Joffe founded and directs the Project on Gender, Culture, Religion and the Law at the Hadassah-Brandeis Institute of Brandeis University. She holds a law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto and a Ph.D. in legal theory from Harvard Law School. She is co-founder of the Boston Agunah Taskforce, co-editor of Gender, Religion and Family Law: Theorizing Conflicts Between Women’s Rights and Cultural Traditions and co-author of The Polygamy Question.
