In an age of radical polarization in modern society, with a rise in religious fundamentalism on the one hand and a rise of atheism on the other, how does Jewish tradition approach contemporary dilemmas of faith? In this series, Hartman scholars explore the foundational issue of faith, engaging in broad and deep analysis of some of the many dilemmas that faith in the modern world raises. Our instructors (on video) will include: Rabbi Donniel Hartman, Dr. Micah Goodman, Dr. Yehuda Kurtzer, Rabbi Lauren Berkun and others. On November 13 we will be joined live by Dr. Rachel Korazim. Rabbi Eric Gurvis will lead the text study and discussion surrounding the video lectures.

Thursdays, October 23, 30, November 6, 13, 20, December 4, 11, 18, and January 8, 15, 22 at 7:15 p.m.
