Old West Ender? New West Ender? Come share your memories of your neighborhood!

We’re partnering with the West End Museum, UMass Boston, and the West End Civic Association for this free program open to everyone.

At this event you can share and document your West End memories, talk to a local historian, and even give your oral history! Please bring 1-3 photos in their original format and your stories to be recorded. We will scan unframed pictures and copy digital images and return the images back to you. All images will be added to the online collection at openarchives.umb.edu. Preserve your memories of this wonderful neighborhood!

The Mass. Memories Road Show is produced by the University Archives & Special Collections Department at the Joseph P. Healey Library, UMass Boston, and is supported in part by the Patricia C. Flaherty ’81 Endowed Fund.

Time: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Location: The West End Museum, 150 Staniford St. (on Lomasney Way), Boston.

Free and open to all!
