This class will explore the great holiday cuisine of the Italian Jews and how they influenced Italian food as we know it. In anticipation of Yom Kippur, we'll make a vegetable cream soup, chicken matzo balls, and lemon meatloaf. All recipes are from the Tuscany and Lazio Region. Meets in Somerville in instructor's home. Limited to 8.
