Gift of Life Bone Marrow Foundation Walk for Life raises awareness about the need to increase the number of donors in the world wide bone marrow registry. Gift of Life helps children and adults suffering from leukemia, lymphoma, other cancers and genetic disorders find matching donors for blood and marrow transplants. The family friendly day features a 4 year old transplant recipient meeting his lifesaving donors for the first time. The event raises money for Gift of Life and all funds raised are used to offset the $60 laboratory cost associated with testing new donors.

Event Location: Chestnut Hill Reservoir
Cleveland Circle, Boston, Massachusetts, 02135
