Movement for Your Jewish Soul

Women of all ages are invited to Movement for Your Jewish Soul, a multi-sensory experience using gentle yoga. Yoga instructor Stacie Nardizzi will guide participants through the experience, which is designed to strengthen women’s physical and spiritual connections.

Movement for Your Jewish Soul will take place in the Adult Day Health room in the Walfogel building at Aviv Centers for Living; a Chelsea Jewish Foundation community, 240 Lynnfield St., Peabody. Participants can participate using a mat or chair, and everyone should dress comfortably. Mats will be available to borrow.

Movement for Your Jewish Soul is a free program of the Lappin Foundation, whose mission is enhancing Jewish identity across generations.
