Governor Deval Patrick, who is running for re-election, will be visiting the young Jewish social justice leaders at Moishe Kavod House as part of his effort to connect with innovative faith communities committed to acting on their values and engaging in social action.

At the meeting, we will share our community mission, values and campaign highlights with Governor Patrick, building our relationship with him so we can work together towards our shared progressive values. As part of our Jewish Muslim work, we will thank the governor for standing for inclusiveness and engagement. In continuation of our Farm to Shul and Housing Justice campaigns, we will be thanking the governor for signing the recently passed Foreclosure Prevention, School Nutrition and Food Policy Council Bills, and discussing how to make sure these bills are implemented well.

Governor Patrick will be joining us on Sunday, September 5th from 9:30-11:30 AM. 

A light breakfast we will be served.
