Tai Chi Class at the JCC

Strengthen your mind, body and spirit in a six-week Tai Chi class at the Leventhal-Sidman Jewish Community Center (333 Nahanton Street) in Newton. The class will be held on Mondays, October 19-November 23 from 10:30-11:30am. The forms and techniques of Wudang Tai Chi help build inner power and energy, develop the structural muscles, and increase balance, flexibility, and effortless movement. Cost is $126. Register at www.bostonjcc.org/register. A free demo class will be offered on Monday, September 21 at 10:30am. The JCC is open to all.
