The Pajama Diaries: Cartoonist Terri Libenson Speaks
Framingham, MA 01701
Terri Libenson, creator of the popular comic strip The Pajama Diaries, will appear at Temple Beth Sholom in Framingham on Sunday, November 14 for an exclusive New England appearance. Ms. Libenson's comic features Jill Kaplan, wife, mother, and work-at-home graphic designer. The strip chronicles her account as a woman trying to do it all as she juggles work and family life.
Modern families everywhere identify with the humor in the everyday life of the Kaplan family, and find much in common with Ms. Libenson's realistic yet funny look at being a multi-tasking parent. Just like in her comic, Ms. Libenson will explore the silliness and social commentary of the domestic superhero and what that means today.
Temple Beth Sholom is thrilled to welcome Ms. Libenson to New England for her first speaking engagement here. Everyone is welcome to attend this event with a $5 admission charge at the door. Advance reservations are strongly recommended. Seats can be reserved by calling 508-877-2540, ext. 205 or emailing templeadmin@beth-sholom.org. Visit pajamadiaries.com for more information on the comic strip and Ms. Libenson. The Pajama Diaries appears daily in The Boston Globe.
