LEADS Spring Series 2011:
Sessions begin Thursday, February 24

LEADS is a social eight-week introduction into what YLD and the Boston Jewish community has to offer.  Participants will engage in small group discussions at a volunteer's home on a variety of topics including:

  • Jewish culture and identity
  • Connections to Israel
  • Boston's young adult community
  • Tzedakah and volunteering
  • CJP mission and funding priorities

Meet and socialize with other Jewish young adults in your neighborhood.  Participate in one evening of community service and enjoy two Friday night pot luck Shabbat dinners with your group. This program is designed for young professionals, ages 22-40.

Following sessions, all program participants will mix and mingle at a local bar.

What people are saying about LEADS:

"Two of my closest friends in the world right now, I met during LEADS.  And I've only known them for about 3 months.  The connections are so real and can last a lifetime."
Joelle Sobin

"LEADS was fantastic! It was such a fun, educational and welcoming way to meet new people and learn more about all of the other great programs at CJP."
Alexis Fish

"After living abroad for a number of years, LEADS was the perfect re-entry to the Boston Jewish community.  Not only did I make a number of close friends, but it gave me insight into all that CJP and YLD have to offer."
