Join Havurah on the Hill for a lay-led, non-denominational Kabbalat Shabbat service in Vilna Shul’s historic sanctuary.  After the service we will hear from, guest speaker, Matthew Steinberg, former Director of Brewing Operations for Mayflower Brewing Company.  A Boston Native, Matthew Steinberg, spent his twenties learning his craft. Starting as a homebrewer in the early 90s, he found his true passion in beer. Since then, he has worked for a few locals breweries including; Harpoon, John Harvard’s Brewhouse in Cambridge, Concord/Rapscallion, and finally became Head Brewer for Offshore Ale Company on Martha’s Vineyard. With over 10 Years Professional brewing experience, hear about Matthew's upcoming brewery project.  After the talk enjoy a kosher buffet style dinner.
