All of us are affected by domestic violence, directly or indirectly.
It is a perennial, and often hidden, tragedy in our own community.
How can we make a difference?

Join us for a brief video presentation, panel discussion and Q&A with noted local experts,

Sarah Perry, Director, The Second Step
Lt. Bruce Apotheker, Community Services Bureau, Commander Newton Police
Keleigh Donohue, Violence Officer, Newton Police
Julie Youdovin, Jewish Family & Children Services

This program is free and open to all.

Donations of toiletries, gas or food gift cards, or linens will be collected
for residents of The Second Step (women’s shelter.)

From October 22 to November 20, we will be collecting winter clothing for The Second Step.
Bring your donations to the collection box in the lower lobby.
