Camp Bauercrest is a traditional overnight sports camp for Jewish boys in Amesbury, Massachusetts. We are located just 40 miles north of Boston on the scenic shores of Lake Attitash. Founded in 1931, Bauercrest is a non-profit camp led by an independent Board of Directors.

Our mission is to build identity and self-esteem both on and off the fields through our S.T.A.R. Principles: Sportsmanship, Teamwork, Achievement and Responsibility. The boys who grow up at Bauercrest spend each summer learning to make choices and take risks under the supervision of a caring and supportive staff. There is a brotherhood and camaraderie that takes root on our Hillside and continues to branch out across time and geography. The passion and dedication of our alumni are unparalleled. We do not take lightly the promise of our motto… “for a lifetime.”

Learn about Bauercrest before the summer begins! If you are a new family this event is just for you! Talk with our directors, buy camp clothing, and meet other new families! This is a great opportunity for campers to meet each other and find familiar faces on the hillside when they arrive for the summer! Some of our staff will be available for questions as well!
