Chat Live with an Israeli Relief Worker in Nepal – Ask Him Anything

May 28, 2015 0

On April 25, a deadly earthquake struck Nepal, killing thousands and destroying homes, businesses, temples and shrines.

Israel has led relief efforts, sending more emergency supplies, search-and-rescue personnel, medical teams and trauma teams than any other nation in the world.

Yotam Polizer, Asia director for IsraAID, has been on the ground since three days after the massive quake, including during a second deadly aftershock earlier this month. This Thursday night, Yotam will take any and all questions about life in Nepal after the quake, relief efforts, what he’s seen personally and what it will take to get life back to something close to normal in and around the hardest-hit areas of the country.
