For eleven years, CJUI Genesis Awards have been given to individuals for courageous leadership and enduring love for Israel. This year, author and activist Ayaan Hirsi Ali will be honored as the CJUI 2016 Genesis Award recipient and keynote speaker.

She is a national security expert on radical Islam, renowned political leader, women’s rights activist, and Islam reformist; author of the international bestsellers Infidel and Nomad and most recently, Heretic: Why Islam needs a reformation now. Ayaan’s keynote will be drawn from her quote,

“Israel is based on a creed of life… The enemies of Israel believe in a creed of death… I vote for life, so I vote for Israel.”

Our student awardee is Andrew Jacobson. Andrew, a student at Brandeis, is an ardent, pro-Israel activist.  Andrew is active in the TAMID Group, the Tikvah Fund, and the Justice.  Andrew’s talk will reflect his view:

To be an Israel advocate is not only to love Israel, but to be proactive and take action upon those feelings.”
You will not want to miss hearing Ayaan and Andrew speak at this year’s Genesis Awards.

Doors open at 2:00 pm.

Everyone is welcome to enjoy kosher refreshments and sponsor exhibits after the program.
