Community Yom Hashoah Program

“Liberation: 70 Years Later” is the theme of this year’s Holocaust Remembrance Day program. Highlights include welcome by Ronit Nudelman-Perl, Consul of Israel to Boston; greetings from Haifa Mayor Yona Yahav; reflections from CJP President Barry Shrage; a survivor’s experience by Janet Applefield, music by Tzofim (Israeli Scouts), Cantor Michael McCloskey and Gennady Konnikov; words of remembrance by Rabbi Alan Turetz; readings by USY members, and an opportunity to meet Israeli Defense Force officers.
