Carl Kaplan will present thoughtful strategies to help you deal with the often negative and ill-informed comments that well-intentioned people are known to make about Israel. This is not a program to deal with hard-core haters; rather the “Target Audience” are those who may believe they know quite a bit about the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, but more often than not, are ill-informed, and are open to persuasion in a non-strident way.
