Swimmers in grades 9-12 will get a head start on the high school Fall swim season during a week-long swimming clinic held August 15-19 at the Leventhal-Sidman Jewish Community Center (333 Nahanton Street) in Newton. The camp will be led by JCC Karishim Swim Team head coach Adrian Eagles and will include instruction on technique in all four of the competitive strokes. Swimmers will develop different turn styles and learn fundamental dry-land training and injury prevention techniques. This camp is held from 9am-4pm. Cost is $550. Open to the entire community.
