Siegel, which is the first and only book on Israel’s growing global influence as a water superpower, detailing how the nation’s approach to water can help the rest of the world avoid disastrous water shortages.

DAVID GOODTREE
David Goodtree is an active investor and board advisor in technology companies in the U.S. and Israel. He is a Global Venture Partner and serves on the Board of Advisors for OurCrowd. David is also the author of the “Massachusetts-Israel Economic Relationship” study that illustrates the impact of Israeli entrepreneurship on the greater Boston economy. In the water tech sector and in his role as a founding member of the New England Water Innovation Network, some of David’s recent activities include presenting at TEDxBoston, testifying for the US House Foreign Affairs Committee, co-organizing the “W.E.T. Revolution Competition” in Tel Aviv, co-organizing the SWIM symposia, and creating the Massachusetts Water Industry Market Map.

SETH M. SIEGEL
Seth M. Siegel is a businessman, activist and writer. His essays have appeared in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, the Los Angeles Times and other publications around the world on business, political and cultural issues. Seth has often appeared on television and has been widely quoted in major print media. He is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations. His new book, Let There Be Water: Israel’s Solution for a Water-Starved World, was published by St. Martin’s Press in September 2015. Seth has long been a volunteer in a wide variety of Jewish organizations.

NADAV EFRATY
Nadav Efraty co-founded Desalitech and has led the company since 2008. Under his management, Desalitech has raised three rounds of venture capital funding; built a world class international team; designed, demonstrated and commercialized a line of next-generation water treatment products; and established itself as the leader in high efficiency water and wastewater reverse osmosis solutions. In the process, he has become a recognized expert and visionary in the global desalination and water reuse markets. Nadav has B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Computer Science, both graduated Summa Cum Laude. His professional experience includes R&D project management, technology leadership and technical sales.
