Join Keshet for a low-key Shabbat celebration in a community member’s home! Services are egalitarian, participatory, and led by Keshet members.

Please bring a vegetarian dish, dessert, or beverage to share for our potluck dinner and label if your item has any potential allergens. We’ll be providing a few Kosher dishes.

Here is a message from this Shabbat’s Service Leader:

Hi, My name is Bryan Mann. I am in my third of six years of training to be a Rabbi at Hebrew College. My approach to Friday night services is to use the full liturgy of both Kabbalat Shabbat and Ma’ariv. This means the service will be predominately in Hebrew and Kabbalat Shabbat will be very songful. I am very intentional about including brief English meditations/readings/short teachings along the way. I hope whether you are coming for the service, the food, and/or the community you find connection to yourselves, this community, and/or spirituality through this service.

Services 6:30 pm
D’var (Sermon) 7:45 pm
Dinner 8:00 pm

Come whenever you want, wearing whatever you want, with whomever you want!

RSVP by Wednesday, April 22 for the location. (Our host’s home is only a short bus ride from the Forest Hills T stop.)

MBTA accessible, Kosher food, all gender bathroom
