Businessman John Rosenthal and Gloucester Police Chief Leonard Campanello found a unique way to combat opioid addition and have had such success with the Police Assisted Addiction and Recovery Institute that their methodology is now being implemented in communities across the country.

Validated $5 parking is availaBle after 4pm and on weekends. Parking validation is only good for the underground parking at the Charles River Plaza/ Cambridge Street Garage at 165 Cambridge Street. You will receive a green ticket upon entering. Entrance to the underground garage is between the Charles River Plaza Shopping Center (Whole Foods/CVS) and Au Bon Pain, near the intersection of Blossom and Cambridge St. Please note that this is not the above-ground lot at Whole Foods.
