Hebrew College, in conjunction with Congregation Beth Elohim Adult Education, offers “People of the Book –– but which book?”.  While most people associate the phrase “People of the Book” with the Bible, in reality, the book or books that have really created the “Jewish mind” are the books written by the early rabbis. This 10-session class, taught by Rabbi Natan Margalit, will explore this vital period of Jewish literature. Tuesdays, 7–9:30 p.m. starting November 1 at Congregation Beth Elohim, 133 Prospect Street, Acton. Tuition: $350, financial aid available. To register and for more information: http://hebrewcollege.edu/meah or contact Sara Brown at 617-559-8708 or meah@hebrewcollege.edu
