Mitzvah Explorers: A Family Exploration of the (Jewish) values of Social Action

A Families with Young Children (FwYC) three-session series about “Making Mitzvah” with ‘lil ones with Parent/Child Development Specialist Jolie Helmbrecht.

A family project and group circle opens each session, followed by age-appropriate, hands-on learning activities for children while adults explore related “grown-up” topics. A closing circle ends each session. 

Some examples of what we will be doing:

 

Making a Mitzcvah Wheel (a feel-good explorartion of gratitude)

Making a MItzvah Bear

Decorating Cards for Birthday Wishes

Baking Snacks to Help the Hungry

 

 

 

$25 per seesion and $^5 for all 3 sessions
