Did you grow up with a mother who was unable to provide a positive model of parenting? If so, please consider participating in our five-week Mothering Without a Model support group. The group provides the moms of young children with the opportunity to explore the ways in which the absence of a positive maternal presence in their lives has impacted them as mothers. Women learn to recognize their own parenting style as well as the unique strengths, intuitive gifts, and skills they bring to mothering. Participants are able to receive and give support in the group, which is open to mothers of all faiths and races.
When: Wednesdays, March 3, 10, 24, and 31

Cost: $100 for the series of four sessions. As with all CERS services, reduced fees are available based on need.
