Newton IDF Soldier to speak to local teens

October 12, 2014 Newton

From Newton High School to Nahal Brigade
An IDF soldier’s experience on the front lines: hear about it in the Sukkah!

For TEENS ONLY, an event you don’t want to miss!!!

Hear firsthand accounts from current IDF soldier, Doron Michaely, a Newton North High School alumnus, who serves in the Nahal brigade and was deployed to Gaza during this summer’s Operation Protective Edge.

To thank Michaely and his unit for their service, we will be selling t-shirts, with the profits going towards purchasing gifts for his unit in Israel. Visit www.JewishNewton.com/IDFFundraiser to support and purchase t-shirts.

Hear a personal experience as a lone soldier and about moving from Newton to Israel in order to serve in the IDF.

Israel Theme! Enjoy an authentic falafel dinner! Take a picture at the ‘Western Wall’ and more!
