Positive Effect of Spirituality on Children to be Topic of Talk

The scientific link between spirituality and long-term benefits for children and teens will be the topic of a discussion at the Leventhal-Sidman Jewish Community Center in Newton. Leading the discussion, which takes place on Wednesday, December 16 at 7pm, will be Dr. Lisa Miller, director of the Spirituality and Mind Body Institute and Professor of Clinical Psychology at Columbia University. Dr. Miller is also the author of the New York Times bestseller The Spiritual Child: The New Science of Parenting for Health and Lifelong Thriving. Cost is $10.
