Rosh HaShanah at TBZ

September 13, 2015 Brookline $360.00

Join us for the High Holy Days at TBZ!

If you are looking for a spiritual, meaningful and uplifting experience for the High Holy Days then TBZ may be the right place for you. We are a relaxed, warm and welcoming congregation, and hope you will feel welcome and comfortable in our sanctuary and will enjoy our services.

Our services include time for meditation, lay participation and as usual, a great deal of singing. TBZ has its own Makhzor (High Holy Days prayer book) created collaboratively by Reb Moshe and several TBZ members. This allows us to include poems, reflections, meditations and teachings alongside the Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur liturgy. Almost all the liturgy has transliterations and translations for those who do not read Hebrew.

Our seating is open and unassigned. There are services specifically for families with young children, and study sessions for teenagers. We have volunteer TBZ member ushers at each service to guide you to a place to sit and direct you to restrooms, coatrooms and childcare locations.
