A presentation about Syrian refugees and the crisis in Syria

Join us as we focus our attention on the ongoing war in Syria and the humanitarian crisis of Syrian refugees.
Susannah Sirkin, HBT member, will make a presentation about the continuing war in Syria and the resulting international Syrian refugee crisis. She will speak about the particular evil of attacks on Syria’s medical facilities and medical personnel and violation of the laws of war. Susannah is the Director of International Policy and Partnerships/Senior Advisor at Physicians for Human Rights, which has been documenting attacks on medical facilities and personnel since March 2011. We are honored to have her as an HBT member.
