New Outlook Homecare is pleased to announce a new hire. Marcy Leiman joins New Outlook Homecare as Marketing Director. With a background in Communications and Education, Marcy brings to New Outlook a passion for elder care, along with organizational and social media skill- sets that will be assets to New Outlook’s mission and growth.

Prior to working at New Outlook, Marcy was Associate Director of Parenting Through a Jewish Lens, a parenting program that uses Jewish wisdom & texts to assist in parenting at every age. In this role, Leiman utilized social media, personal/community outreach, traditional advertising and public relations to fill over 22 classes each year throughout the Greater Boston area.

In addition, Marcy spent many volunteer hours a month at Newbridge on the Charles, an assisted/ independent living facility in which she aided residents in the memory support unit with their daily activities and assisted with multigenerational programming.

“Caring for the elderly is a core value in my family. Both my parents work in assisted/independent living facilities in New York and my sister is a director of a similar facility. The elderly require our upmost care, love and attention. Working at New Outlook Homecare is not only fulfilling, it is a way that I can give back to people of our community who have given so much to us,” says Marcy.

Established in 2001, New Outlook Homecare was built on a foundation of care and respect for the elderly. With a strong belief in love and understanding, New Outlook created a holistic approach to eldercare by providing both professional and personal services. New Outlook’s founder, Pearly Evans is a certified nurse assistant who not only cares for clients, she becomes part of their families. Her philosophy is:

“When we take care of the elderly, we are in fact taking care of ourselves.”
