This week JFS lost a personal friend and a friend to the agency, Joe Press.
Paralyzed in a driving accident, Joe powered through adversity and lived a life full of service and honor. Joe was such an inspiration to everyone he met, so much so that he was honored in 2006 as one of JFS’s Seas the Dream honorees and our food pantry bears his name.
