JOIN for Justice
JOIN for Justice**-- the Jewish Organizing Institute and Network for Justice-- is a national institution dedicated to training, supporting, and connecting Jewish organizers and their communities. JOIN for Justice meets the escalating demand for skilled organizers to deepen and strengthen the involvement of the Jewish community in creating a more a more just and equitable world.
Through our Jewish Organizing Fellowship (a year-long apprenticeship) and our Seminary Leadership Project (which includes courses, internships, and mentorship programs) JOIN for Justice will identify, recruit, develop, place and mentor top quality Jewish organizers in lay and professional positions in Jewish and non-Jewish organizations, transforming and strengthening the movement for a more just, inclusive and compassionate society.
** JOIN for Justice is the new identity of the Jewish Organizing Initiative and was launched in partnership with the Progressive Jewish Alliance & the Jewish Funds for Justice
