The Rashi School
Exceptional academics, an engaging sense of community, and a strong commitment to social justice are the hallmarks of The Rashi School, the only Reform Jewish independent school in Massachusetts. Now in its third decade, Rashi has grown to 300 students in grades K-8. The school moved this fall to a new building on a multi-generational campus on the Needham/Dedham line. Rashi offers a joyfully Jewish approach to learning; its top quality secular education is integrated with Jewish studies and infused with Jewish values. Teachers know each child and differentiate instruction to fit each childís learning style. Students are welcomed into a warm, caring community of learners, in which they are encouraged to ask questions and to think critically and are inspired to play an active role in making our world a better place.
