Throughout the Greater Boston area and beyond, over 37 children confronting adversity and 84 adults with disabilities are awaiting volunteer matches in Jewish Big Brothers Big Sisters’ programs right now.

Volunteers commit a few hours, about twice per month, to a child or adult who could benefit from their friendship. They spend time doing activities they mutually enjoy: hiking, biking, crafting, exploring a museum, [insert a favorite pastime here]. It’s fun. It’s important.

Help us help others in our community. Spread the word or apply to volunteer. (Big Brothers are especially needed!) To learn more, call Lily Siegel at 617.558.6549 or e-mail volunteers@jbbbs.org.
